This presentation is an introduction to the Great Railway Debate on how Britain's railways need to change to meet the needs of the 21st Century. The Great Railway Debate consists of four short talks, each providing an overview of an aspect of the subject, followed by questions and comments from the audience to a panel made up of the speakers.
